Professional Development Seminar Series
Successful
leadership requires attention and intention; focus and
a goal. Thereafter, it will need steady and
consistent effort. Most people give up too soon or believe “multi-tasking” or
constantly pushing will bring success. Many people ruin
their health and their relationships in the process of
gaining this success and then ask, "Is this all
there is?" This task-oriented focus reduces your
creativity and ability to view situations and problems
from a clear perspective. It is from a clear perspective
that one has the power and freedom to choose their life.
Engage in a new way of living and working
Leadership 401 – This series
includes the basics of leadership for the 21st century.
It will cover the key
differences of leadership from the industrial age to the
innovation age. This series begins with an overview of
the incredible level of change that has occurred in the
last 25 years. From there it will focus on the skills necessary
to adapt to a constantly changing environment. Specifically,
strong decision making, problem solving, and communication
skills; sales and presentation skills; team building and
conflict resolution skills; and knowledge management will
be covered. The importance of self-management will be a
focal point of this level of training.
Level 5 Leadership – This series
introduces what is possible at the highest level of leadership
performance.
It focuses on the intra and interpersonal aspects of leadership
as well as the constantly changing trends within the global
economy. It includes importance aspects of information
management and knowledge management as well as how to create
the conditions of success in an organization, with a strong
emphasis on relationship building and maintenance.
Leading
with the Golden Touch - One of the new concepts is referring
to the publication of “Leading
with the Golden Touch”. It refers to ‘Intentional
Leadership’ and means creating a cohesive environment,
developing and cherishing relationships, and giving clear,
unambiguous guidance. The Golden Touch is not a myth but
the highly successful leader’s ability to realize
that leading will require a keen understanding of reality
and the benefits this reality holds. Learning to create
conditions, not just react to them, to become successful
utilizing the driving factors of the global marketplace,
of relationships and of innovation. The future will require
us to work smarter, to be open and flexible. The Field
of Intention will become the vessel that allows experienced
and new leaders to reach new levels of success, self-awareness
and an increased ability to guide others towards a common
purpose.
Individual Professional Development seminar series:
This series is for the executive who wants to fully develop
as a leader and as a person. We each get locked into patterns
of thinking and acting which create limitations in our
decision making and relational skills. This process will
help to identify areas of strength and weakness and offer
a clear plan of development. The process follows the basics
of the levels of the organizational development series
with a stronger focus on three developmental stages:
Integrity – is
the basis of true success. It is the sum of ones values,
attitudes, character, and actions.
Integrity is the foundation from which success and relationships
grow.
Intention – it the core of one’s beliefs.
Not the surface beliefs were almost anyone would say, “I
want to be successful.” It is the frequency of the
thoughts one thinks and the attractor pattern one is drawing
from, where you get to consciously choose where you are
going.
Integration - is the hallmark of the self-actualized
person. The one who knows what she is doing and why:
Is not concerned
if the results do not show up immediately. This comes
from a surety of purpose, of intention and the integrity
to
see it through, regardless of the obstacles. Good to
Great refers to this as the Stockdale Principle. This is
the
personal developmental process that allows each leader
to develop what is needed for success. It begins where
you are and takes you to integration.
Wellness - for true
development as a person and as a professional there needs
to be true wellness, true balance. We offer
customized retreats to introduce and develop balance. During
these retreats we will apply the HeartMath® training
programs to maximize creative personal coherence and reduce
stress.
